Handle with Care for Kids
Welcome to Handle with Care for Kids! We are a non-profit in North Carolina that works with providing items for children in need - with a focus on children in foster care, crisis and assessment centers, and group homes.
Started by two brothers who saw a need for first night backpacks in the foster care system, Handle with Care for Kids has grown to an organization that supports children in need throughout North Carolina. We work through partnerships with several organizations which include The Carying Place, SAYSO, Methodist Home for Children and Hope Center at Pullen. We have been able to provide over 120 first night backpacks, 8000 toiletry items, 50 welcome/amenity baskets and 18 housing kits to children in need. We could use your help to do so much more.
